You can save and return to the application at a later time by selecting "Save & exit without submitting" while in the application. You can resume the application by selecting your application under the "My forms" section and clicking "Resume." When you are have finished filling out the application you will select "Review and submit" on the last page of the application. Review your responses and then click "Submit" at the bottom of the review page. Once you have submitted your application you can not make any changes.
